Xinjiang Baoming Mining Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chengda Baoming") is a controlled subsidiary of Liaoning Chengda Co., Ltd., established in 2005 with a registered capital of RMB 156 million.


Chengda Baoming owns 70 square kilometers of oil shale resources in Jimusar County, Xinjiang, including oil shale mining rights in the Shichanggou mining area and oil shale exploration rights in three mining areas: Muta Temple, Wujiawan, and Baiyanghe.


Xinjiang Baoming Mining Co., Ltd. has completed the construction of the Shichanggou project and has become a leading enterprise in the development and utilization of oil shale in China.
