(referred to as "Chengda Coastal Fund"), jointly invested and established by Liaoning Chengda Co., Ltd. and other shareholders, is a private equity investment fund manager registered with the Asset Management Association of China, with registration code P1007964. Its registered capital is RMB 50 million, mainly engaged in private equity investment fund management business, and is the vice president unit of Dalian Fund Industry Association. It focuses on investment projects in fields such as intelligent manufacturing, TMT, healthcare, consumption, and environmental protection, which are in the growth or maturity stage. It currently manages multiple private equity investment funds.
